Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a few photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Do the lights come with a plug or bulb?
This varies by product. Each product page lists the fitting, bulb type and whether a bulb or plug is included. If you are unsure, ask us before you order.
Are the lights suitable for UK electrics?
Please check the plug, voltage and fitting details on the product page before ordering. Wired fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician in line with UK regulations.
How do I care for a stone-effect light?
Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive or acidic cleaners. Natural-look finishes can vary slightly from piece to piece.
